Daniel has been a licensed investigator and has been conducting all investigation types since 1996.  He commenced with Maurice J Kerrigan & Associates in 2004 and has managed all facets of the business over the years.

Daniel has conducted investigations throughout South East Asia, New Zealand, Europe  and in all States and Territories across Australia.  

Daniel continues to expand Maurice J Kerrigan and Associates and has been instrumental in making it the premier national investigation and claims validation organisation that it is today.

Daniel has provided training to insurers’ claims staff and legal advisers to assist in the understanding of operational issues that impact on the conduct and outcome of investigations.  He has provided training to Federal and State Government Departments and their legal advisors regarding investigation processes and how more detailed instructions can lead to positive outcomes.

In addition to holding all qualifications necessary for licensing, Daniel also holds:
