Daniel brings over 27 years of investigative experience to Maurice J. Kerrigan & Associates, having been a licensed investigator since 1996. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has managed all facets of the business, conducting investigations across Australia, South East Asia, New Zealand, and Europe. Instrumental in establishing the company as a premier national investigation and claims validation organisation, Daniel continues to lead its growth. He also shares his expertise by providing training to insurers’ claims staff, legal advisors, and government departments on effective investigation processes and strategies for achieving positive outcomes.
Bruce is our Operations Manager and as a licensed Investigator he has over four decades of investigative experience. He is recognised by his peers and our clients as a thorough and diligent professional.
Bruce is experienced in CTP, Personal Insurance, and Liability Investigations and the management of such investigations.
Having provided legal support to major Insurers, legal firms and multi-national companies, Bruce believes in giving succinct appraisals of claims and assignments which are referred for his assessment.
Ross first commenced with our company in 2000 and has been a licenced investigator for 26 years. Ross is extensively involved in managing surveillance, workers’ compensation, and desktop / OSINT investigations. Ross specialises in coordinating optimal surveillance plans and actively conducts surveillance as required “on the road”.
Ross is licensed in Queensland and New South Wales and is always available to chat about the best way to conduct a challenging assignment.
Glen is based in New South Wales and has been with Maurice J Kerrigan & Associates for 18 years. Glen is an ex New South Wales Police Officer and his primary role is conducting quality assurance of investigation reports.
Being an experienced on-road investigator, Glen also conducts field investigations on CTP, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Insurance and Liability matters.
